We're Hiring for an Electrician

Essential Expectations

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical service field, knowledge in residential and commercial applications is required.
• Prefer candidate to hold a journeyman electrician or master electrician license - we will consider experience over this and you will still be considered if you do not hold these, yet have experience working in the field. 
• Have a high character - Integrity and honesty are a must
• Willing to learn and strive to improve daily
• Be self-aware
• Understand and appreciate the value of teamwork
• Understand that if hired, you would be a valued member of the team
• Be reliable and someone that can be counted on
• Willing to follow company policies
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and have a customer centric mindset, as well as with other team members
• Ability to lift at minimum 50 to 75 pounds regularly
• Must be licensed and have a clean driving record, including dependable transportation 
• Ability to properly lead a team of 1 or more electrical apprentices 
• Have some experience in writing up quotes and estimating jobs
